Mr. Tóth graduated at the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Germany. For more than two decades, he has held a number of diplomatic political positions in international organizations.
In different periods of the decade he was an advisor to the Hungarian Chairmanship Group of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, a senior Mission Liaison Officer at the Conflict Prevention Centre of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Vienna and not at least a senior advisor at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary. Between 2003 and 2011 Mr. Tóth held the positions of Deputy Head of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Hungary to NATO in Brussels, Head of the Department for Foreign and Security Policy of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Hungary, and Deputy Head of the Permanent Mission of the Republic Hungary to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Vienna. His carreer at Arteus Capital started in 2011 as process manager, continued as director for international relations and today he is the deputy general manager of Arteus Capital Holding.
