The company Green Gold System Europe SARL (GGS) was established  in Mali in October 2014.

The requests for the designation of the plot, as well as for the delivery of the authorization of exploration and for the research permit were lodged and the permits in the form of Convention were received by GGS in September 2015. The Convention that establishes a legal partnership with the Government of the Republic of Mali includes a research permit for 3 years, renewable twice for two-year periods. According to the Convention, the period of exploitation might be 30 years. It was renewed in December 2019, and accordingly fully applies to the regulations of the new Mining Code.

The Interim Report which is based on the evaluation of the results of the second drilling program, includes not only the high-grade gold, but also  silver and lithium samples. The main findings of  Chief Geologist’s are as follows:  „According to knowledge of Birimian land, the continuation of RC drilling on these aforementioned anomalies will return intersections (between 3 to 4 meters) of 3 to 5 gr/t or more.”

As the Interim report  made encouraging professional recommendations and conclusions, the owners of GGS are  ready to offer  other interested investors the possibility to join the next drilling program.
